ABOUT REVENEW SALES & MARKET DEVELOPMENT, Inc.:

Revenew was founded as an “Adjunct Sales Force” consultant for small and emerging Toy, Game, and Gift companies.

Currently, Revenew is led by Brian Maggio (Principal) and Tom Rushton (VP Business Development), in addition to support personnel and ancillary team members throughout the Toy, Game and Gift Industries.

Prior to founding, Brian Maggio was “Head of Sales, Americas” at Cranium, Inc. – a Seattle based Game company.  Before Cranium, he was VP Sales for a smaller game company, Front Porch Classics.  Brian began his career in the Consumer Products sector with Fortune 500 companies such as Scott Paper, Kimberly Clark, and Ralston Purina.

Tom Rushton was most recently Director of Sales for Sababa Group, and worked as Director of Sales for Front Porch Classics prior to their merger with Sababa.  Earlier, Tom was also instrumental in bringing the popular “Galileo Thermometer” to market, taking that business to $10MM in sales during his tenure.  Additional experience in Home Furnishings rounds out Tom's expertise in the Gift & Home channel.

In building our experience base, we saw an opportunity develop to work with other small Gift, Toy & Game companies in a sales and market development capacity, in an effort to grow their businesses the right way.  The benefits to the market for this service are threefold:

1)      For the clients, we offer a link to the market that they would normally struggle for years to achieve  - but without the full costs and overhead of hiring a traditional VP Sales.

2)      For the Retailers, we bring new and unique products to their attention, without their having to wade through a multitude of vendors or inventors.  In addition, we can assess the ability of a smaller vendor to meet the retailer’s timelines, volume, and fulfillment requirements.

3)      For our adjunct Sales Rep Force, we bring professional management and tools to them on behalf of smaller vendors who would otherwise be more challenging to manage.
